Introduction to sports massage classes
Introductory massage course at ISRM schools, such as the LSSM, are intensive hands-on workshops that teach you how to apply all the basic massage techniques safely and effectively to all the main areas of the body. They concentrate on good efficient ways of working which achieve the best results with the least effort. This will enable you to treat friends and family on a recreational level.

After the course you will get access (through the LSSM website) to a series of our own massage videos to help remind you of what was taught
- This is an ideal Introduction to our BTEC Level 5 Diploma course.
- Venues: Regent's University in Central London and Southampton.
- Course Time: 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
- Course fee £225 including VAT, handbook and certificate.
- Students must be a minimum of 18 years-old.
